What is Made by Kristína in Singapore about?

Made by Kristína in Singapore is a pop-up Czech-themed immersive dining experience where you will discover more about the people, culture, and cuisines of the Czech Republic.

 

When and where will the event be held? 

Made by Kristína in Singapore is a three-night only event to be held on 10th, 11th and 12th November 2022 at Eat At My Kitchen, 8D Dempsey Road, #01-01A, Singapore 249672. You may choose to dine on either one of these three nights.

Who can attend the event?

You must be 18 years old and above to purchase tickets for this event. This event is open only to persons who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Children between the ages of 13 and 17 may attend but they too have to be fully vaccinated and be accompanied by an adult. 

What time does the event start and end?

The event starts at 6.15 pm and ends at about 10.00 pm.  You will be served a complimentary Czech-inspired cocktail or cocktail in the foyer where you will find a mini-exhibit showcasing the Czech Republic, before being seated for dinner.

What are the seating arrangements? 

Made By Kristína in Singapore is an exclusive dining experience with a maximum capacity of 30 guests per night. Each table can seat up to 6 guests. Depending on the number of guests in your party, you may be seated with other guests.

 

What can we expect from the Made By Kristína menu?

MasterChef Kristína will be preparing her signature creations in a six-course omakase-styled experience incorporating modern, innovative upgrades of traditional Czech dishes - including those adapted from her Grandmother's recipes. 

Can special dietary preferences or restrictions be accommodated?

We have limited  ability to accommodate dietary preferences as this will compromise the integrity of the experience. Due to the special format of the menu, we regret that we are unable to cater to those with pure vegetarian or vegan dietary restrictions.

However, if you or anyone in your party has any known food aversions or allergies, kindly email us at hello@avventura.co with specific details at least 10 business days prior to the date of your reservation and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We regret that we will not be able to accommodate requests after this time.

Will we be able to meet and greet the Chef?

Chef Kristína will make every effort to be available to meet and greet guests, and to personally autograph copies of her cookbook within the guidelines and restrictions set forth by local health authorities. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Are drinks included?

A complimentary Czech-inspired cocktail will be served to all guests upon arrival. A Czech-inspired mocktail will be available for those who prefer a non-alcoholic welcome drink.

 

If you had purchased the Dinner + Wine Pairing option, you will be served a glass of wine during each course (except dessert) to enhance the Chef’s menu. The wines are specially curated by sommelier Valentin Krug from the Moravian vineyards of Milan Nestarec. A limited selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.

Is parking available?

Free car parking facilities are located directly outside the event venue at Dempsey Hill. While we encourage you to try our specially curated wines and other alcoholic beverages, please drink responsibly and arrange for suitable transport after the event. 

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

We regret that the venue is located on the floor of a building that does not have wheelchair access.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual. Dress to impress. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

As this is a three-night only pop-up dining event, a confirmed booking will be required with full payment made online at www.madebykristina.sg to secure your reservation. 

Can customers get a refund or reschedule the booking?

Due to the limited engagement period of this event, payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final. No refunds or changes to your booking will be allowed. 

 

However, tickets are transferable but guests will be required to produce the original booking confirmation for verification.

In the event of an exceptional situation affecting your booking due to government health regulations and advisories; if you have contracted Covid-19 or have been issued a SHN, we will contact you directly to discuss options. 

Will my reservation be forfeited if I am running late?

All fully paid reservations will be honoured if you are running late. However, we encourage you to arrive on time in order to fully enjoy all six-courses of this unique dining experience. What health and safety requirements will be in place?

We take the health and safety of our guests and kitchen staff very seriously, particularly during these unprecedented times. The event will adhere to the latest health and safety requirements from local authorities to ensure proper protocols are observed and enforced.
