Prepare to be surprised and seduced by the rich flavours and traditions of Czech and Slovak cuisine, reimagined for a modern palate by Chef Kristína. No menus to look at; no decisions to make.  Just tell us if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions and Kristína will take care of the rest.

Sommelier Valentin Krug from Artisan Cellars will be pairing each course with some of the most innovative natural wines produced by Czech winemaker, Milan Nestarec.
